I'm afraid in this case the government is the boss and if you don't do as the boss says you've got a rough road to hoe

Yes the Government and LBN have always been the boss, BKM has got to listen to the boss'ss , there the main reason no permit. there all to blame , NOT just BKM

Should have remembered that 10 years ago.   Everyone seems to think they can skip over what the boss wants them to do and get a certificate via some miraculous magical process.  Ain't going to happen.   Stop thinking it will happen.  Do. The. Work.
