Absolutely, he has political ties, some First Nation exposure and understanding, business ties and influence within that community,  and has a good public image and should have some key contacts of use at his disposal.  Though he isn't in a managmental position, this is better than what we currently have, and perhaps this will also help keep BKM managements feet closer to the fire to ...more

"perhaps this will also help keep BKM managements feet closer to the fire to get some forward movement" Great.  When can we expect to see the draft terms of reference for the new Morrison design ? Consultants never have the power to do this.  This is what the board is supposed to do.

Here is a phone number you can call (604) 681-8556 I don't know who you think you are that you can belittle everyone on this board, as we are nothing but posters who may or may not be invested in this company. We can't make a change, so why are you beating on us? Call that number and talk to the company representatives who you may be able to influence and change, otherwise let ...more

Really funny seeing you get defensive after the company has gone no where in the last 10 years.  I guess the status quo is good enough ?

CopperBull why are you on this board, IMO i think you are a FNs Elder and maybe in the Government. Yes we are all dissapointed with what has happened over the last 10 years, Yes mistakes have been made but the biggest are with the Government moving the goal post everytime BKM gets close. IMO Mr. Weaver will be a good person to help BKM go ahead. FNs have never forgiven John and Eric from years ago ...more

There isn't a single mention of FN in Mr. Weaver's background.  He has a PhD in math.  His specialty is climate modelling. He knows nothing about mining.  Not sure why you think he'll be a good advisor. Is there some reason PBM can't hire a environmental or mining engineer to help with the project ?

I agree with you for the most part sir, but there are a couple new players with the company that I would like to give a chance too, as perhaps they may nudge this off high centre.

Some of you might remember me. I recently got back on the message board after about a 6 year absense to see if we could get enough major stockholders to support a change in the Board. Something I was never able to do about 6 1/2-7 years ago when Mangement refused to follow the suggestions provided me by Dep Minister Doug Caul and Minister Mary Pollack. I did not trust mgt to give them the names or ...more
