The answer I was given that nothing has gone through yet, it's on voter's approval. They also said that they want this option in the event a deal is presented and it requires them to consolidate. They also said they don't like rollbacks either, but in bad market conditions, there's not a lot you can do but move forward.
They wouldn't shed let on drill results, but after reading Pdcon's post and then re-reading my communication, good drill results would make sense here. What would be the benefit of a rollback with junk drill results or no hit at all? They have shares too and I would believe them when they say they do not like rollbacks.
