derisking

deriskingAll the pieces seem to be in place; experienced mgmnt, new CEO, multitude of assets, "green" profile to the business model, potential sources of capital to minimize dilution. The catalyst seems to be the closing of the share issue to buy the copper mine. This deal was supposed to close Mar 31. If the funds can indeed be raised, it can move things in the right direction. Not a pessimist by nature, but I noticed in their filing document, this was an issue that led to bankrupcy before the reverse takeover, Different context now obviously, and the closing of the OPI purchase may have taken up their time. I will watch and take a position when the share deal closes.
