Private Placement

Private PlacementIt appears that BNP is trying to raise $1000000 by a private placement at $0.10, you also get half a warrant to buy at 0.10 as well...

The last few placements I have seen have been placed at a 10-20% discount to trading not a premium...

I guess my real question is what good is a million dollars going to do... any thoughts?
