BNP - April 2018 - Letter to Shareholders
RE: April 2018 - Letter to Shareholders Dear Shareholders: The purpose of this monthly letter is to bring BNP shareholders up to date, on issues and news, since the last letter. Sorry for the late issue but Ive been moving from White Plains, New York, to the Chicagoland area of Illinois. The following is a summary of business development activities and research for this month: 1. BNP Resources tax losses - Planning trip to Calgary on Canada Day, to look for previous tax returns, and to provide previous tax filings to our accountant. 2. BNP Resources accounting - Will start review for 2013 accounting with our previous bookkeeper, estimated start date is July 1st. 3. Planning field trip for the confidential Marthas Vineyard project in June. 4. Looked at one hotel property for sale. Hope to complete the analysis during June - July 2018 and determine if an offer will be made. 5. Setting up the Chicagoland remote field office for BNP Resources this week. Very small space but sufficient for files, computer and WiFi. Very close to Chicago OHare International Airport, with daily direct flights to Calgary.
