The Banxa news release from Dec 22nd related to L2 protocol on-ramps doesn't mention Loopring. However, on the Banxa website in the section entitled the Rise of Layer 2 Protocals, they specifically mention Loopring and Starknet amongst the rest that were mentioned in the news release. Don't understand why that is. Regardless, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for them to be working

Banxa was mentioned by devs in Loopring's Github a few weeks ago. There's some other info. Then there's this link, with a note at the bottom saying "Banxa. A Trusted Loopring Partner": https://loopring.banxa.com It's pretty rock solid but who knows. Regardless very futuristic to buy a crypto direct and bypass exchanges (but there is a big need for a company to on/offramp
