Caution..RTO Style Deals r Regulatory Nightmares These Days
An this could look like one, depending on how the deal is actually done....
The fact is they annonced an LOI, by which prevented a halt, and regulatory scrutiny....
Investors money COULD be locked up (not liquid) for considerable time....
Look at.....
DIA.V
AVX.V
ATW.V
TEST.V
LTX.V (before the deal was dropped) almost 2 years halted....
These deals are VERY difficult to execute, especially when the target value way exceeds the vale of the "Shell" Corp.

Good insight. Yes, this could and should HALT the stock for a very long time for exchange review if it gets to a DA. This is why the pumpers are here trying to create liquidity before this gets locked down. Gracias. Grinnn. Happy Canada Day eh.
