I like many others have been an Erin Venture equity holder for over a decade.
I know Tim has given it his all. If memory serves me correct, ~ one year ago, Tim put a sizable amount of his hard earned money into Erin equity shares.
I will let the vote decide if / when an offer is presented, if it is acceptable or not!
My only concern, I.M.H.O. I think there is very little money to be had in future private placements. This last one Erin Ventures was only able to sell ~ 10,000,00 shares and thats with 2 year warrant options.
I will be an Erin Ventures sharholder until we are either bought out or the share price is ~ $2.00 per share.
