talking to some of the old timers who have held Erin for over 20 years, they can't remember a AGM ever held in the winter. There must be something urgent of material change to be holding a

I just wanted to clarify that the AGM scheduled for January 22, 2016 is the regular AGM. They wanted to have it earlier and their options were either January or March. They chose January.
A JV for Pobrdje between Erin Ventures and Ibar Mines would not give Erin Ventures any extra money because Ibar Mines has no money. Any funding or financing required to proceed with this project (if Erin Ventures is awarded the project or a percentage thereof) would have to be found.
Piskanja still requires $3 million to get them to BFS. They have been and are still working on getting this funding.
The speculation on here lately is getting out of hand.
