RE:RE:RE:RE:Serbia and China Relationship
I posted the following back on January 17, 2015 and I hope it clears up any misconceptions about what was actually bid on. Pobrdje doesn't actually get mentioned. The bidding is being done on JP PEU Resavica or some combination of the various properties.

https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.ev/erin-ventures-inc?postid=23331143

Actually, 14 companies (via 16 bids) bid on #17507699 and it was not "presented as a coal property".

In fact, 17507699 is not a property at all.

17507699 is the Registration Number of the entire company, JP PEU Resavica, which was established in 1992 through a merger of nine underground mines into a single enterperise for the production of coal.

17507699 is not a boron property. 17507699 is a coal mining company that just happens to have 250,000 tonnes (or more) of boron on one of their 9 properties that primarily mine coal.

There was nothing done as a disguise.

The 16 bids probably contain several very different bids showing interest in one or any combination of properties that JP PEU holds. Two companies put two separate bids and Erin/Balkan also put in 2 bids. Each bid contains very different objectives.

Clearly Erin and Balkan are trying to find a way to get Pobrdje and only Pobrdje.

Sinohydro likely wants all 9 properties for the coal. They may accept to have a partner who can do something with the boron on 1 of the 9 properties. Could this be what Blake was referring to in his video interview?

Erin / Balkan is hoping to be one of many successful bidders on 17507699.

Serbia would prefer to have multiple successful bidders on 17507699 whose sum of their individual bids is greater than one main bidder. There are nine properties up for grabs as part of 17507699 because 17507699 is a company that holds 9 properties.

People really need to stop thinking of 17507699 as Pobrdje or a boron property because it isn't. Pobrdje is a tiny portion of 9 coal properties that primarily coal mining companies are bidding on.

It is true that JP PEU has been losing money on the coal mining but that is mainly because of antiquated equipment and processes. Modernisation can turn the mines into profitable entities which is why there are so many bidders.
