Against vs. Withhold
Not happy with my voting package! If I read this right we can't vote out TD even if we wanted to as I see a big difference between voting against or withhold. Looks like the Directors have protected themselves when it comes to their positions. Any thought? Am I out to lunch on the meaning between? Need some help with this one....
