If there are things to be done prior to the event, i wonder why Erin Ventures did not release the Private Placement weeks ago?
If the Private Placement is still open after the identity of the Investco company is made known, provided Erin Equity holders like what they see, there will be absolutely no problem getting the Private Place filled.
The only down side to this would be that there will be millions of shares available at 13 cents when the identity of Investco is known.
After 22 more business days, there will be no more guessing. As I previously mentioned for Christmas, I would like for Investco to take a position with the Erin Corporation and report to the shareholders what their game is...
