RE:RE:RE:Warrant redemption Firebag, The LOI was sgned in December, we're waiting on the JV agreement signing which is imminent according to both parties. Imminent is most likely a week or so, (I know were far past a week), not minutes or hours, or they wouldn't waste time with a press release. My personal opinion of immiinet could be up to a month. I say this because were dealing with a project not based in Canada, but in the black sea region. Even though both parties have completed their due diligence, we don't have any idea of other details that need to be ironed out.
Don't pay any attention to the troll who claims that this time lapse doesn't scream imminent in their opinion, just an idiot who tries to disrupt and sow doubt. The deal is done, both parties wouldn't state this if there was potential for the JV not to go forward in my opinion.
On the elaborate, I understand it's virtually ready to submit, so I'm wondering if it's on hold to be submitted as the first action of the JV, and I'm jjust guessing here.
