Temas's market cap is getting destroyed. I suspect they desparately want this deal done!
ERin's last private placemenet prior to Temas getting involved speaks for itself. I suspect they desprately want this deal done.
The million dollar questionin my mind is if both entities want the deal done, there must be some outside influence preventing the deal from proceeding.
My guess, Temas is waiting for the Certificate of Reserves to be released by the govenment. With this document in hand, they now have something that can be presented to WHOMEVER to get the necessary funds to build the mine.
