Hey Iam, why when something is presented as an idea of yours is it doom and gloom!? Now Temas is this big scary monster that is changing their mind on there own LOI becouse we have no other choice???? WTF, I know you try but I see these negative posts from you for what they are-not beneficial, insightful or knowlegdeable in any regard.
This is getting done as per the LOI and yes the lawyers have alot to go back and forth about (this is a prenup type document).
Firebag3 (one of the good ones), I think the items you mention (certificate of reserves and funding) would/should be part of the Definitive Agreement in such a way that all parties understand the timing of these executables.
