This is subtantial! 2 Billion dollars (on the low end) of boron in the ground and now the funds are availble to actually get to production. I cannot fathom why the needle hasn't moved, or what it is going to take.
We've talked about pre-production value of 10% on announcement, and 10+ dollars per share at production. What happened to that?
Again, I'm just stunned that this has rocketed after the announcement that many people have been waiting 2 decades for.
