Lame excuse! Get the elaborate done and submitted- The rest is all BS.
The proof iwill be the non-event of he release of this PEA.
BTW, It's not EV nor Temas that are doing the elaborate. I would think that they hired professionals in that field to do that job or maybe that's why it's taking so long.

Again, there was never a need to do a PEA to submit the elaborate to the Serbs.
Talking about submitting the documents for an exploitation license when you can't even get a resource estimate done. WOW! Nicely done.
Here's a novel idea, why not work on the documents needed for the submission of he exploitation license while working on the documents supporting it's application.
