My educated guess on a timeline for EV's would be in Q1-23.
Serbia still has to announce their Ministers and swear them into Parliament from their election of April3/22. to my knowledge that task is yet to be done. I presume that would occur sometime in mid to late Sept according to the media.
I sure hope we retain the same Mining & Energy Minister - Dr. Zorana Mihajlovic who is Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Mining & Energy as she knows our business.
By then I would expect Part 1 -Elaborate to be submitted, reviewed by the independant committe & the Ministry of Mining & Energy would have issued a Certificate of Reserves on Piskanja. These two parties have 2 months to complete their tasks.
Hopefully at that point, we finally have Institutions involved with our stock & off-take Agreements signed off to give this stock a speculative run beyond $1.00.
