Nobody is going to give Erin Ventures a financing for 4 or 5 cents because you can buy this stock for that on the open market. If they try to raise money the share dilution at 2.5 to 3 cents makes this play too risky and the existing shareholders will be deluted even further. It's a no win situation, but most of the shareholders here think a knight in shining armor will save Erin Ventures. The only thing that will save this company is if they do another jv and in that case they must give up everything. If that doesn't happen bankruptcy is next. CHEERS!
