Is this 30 day process referring to the reviewing process by the Serbian ministry?? It wouldn't be speaking to how long it takes to produce, would it??"
Its the latter, not the former. It's 30 days to PRODUCE; I don't recall he commented on how long it was to review but assuming it is submitted by summer's end and we get the mining license before the end of the year, you could reasonably assume it could be a few months to get to the top of the pile and be reviewed.
Also sounded like a lot of the pieces were well under way (for feasibility) so Tim could potentially set a personal best and achieve one thing on time for the first time in his life.
