Submission of Part 2 to Mining Ministry

Submission of Part 2 to Mining MinistryL&L,

A question for you, any idea how much the admistrative fee is to submit Part 2 to the Mining Ministry?

As you know, Osmose Ltd. is suppose to pay for the submission costs of Part 2 as per the LOI Agreement conditions when Boron One submits Part 2 documentation.

IMO, the odds are in your favor that Osmose will pull out as our Financial Partner today.

When I look at the Q4-23 Financials it looks to me Boron One will need another PP or two, to move Piskanja forward to the finish line, unless Osmose Ltd. pulls a rabbit out of  a hat!

We are now approaching 1 year since Osmose signed off the LOI Agreement and still no imminent $ committment. My curiosity got the best of me, so decided to lookup the definition of "imminent" to see if it had changed, and it hadn't.

"Imminent (dfn) - likely to happen soon, about to occur".
Is there any difference between InvestCo1, InvestCo2 or Osmose Ltd?

IMO at this stage of the game, lets accept additional share dilution losses now, and recoup those losses during the suspected buyout negotiations that probably occur later this year.
To me that will be a better outcome for shareholders, than giving Osmose Ltd, 45% ownership of Piskanja this late in the game.

I guess time will tell in a few hours from now, where we are going and how are we getting there.
So stay tuned.....
