RE:RE:RE:RE:Well,well, is Rio Tinto back?L&L,
Last time I looked Nobody had a boron Exploration License for the Jarandol basin.
The last Licensee to hold an Exploration License in the basin was "KOP Project" and the license expired, as you stated in Feb 2022.
https://boronone.com/erin-ventures-reacquires-interest-in-jarandol-boron-property-exploration-license/ As TD stated yesterday when the question was posed, "stay tuned for News"...
My read on this comment, something was probably in the works between the Ministry & Boron One, and TD didn't want to jeopordize the outcome".
That's why listeners got that response to the question.
We are all in the same boat and we are just going to have to be patiently wait for the eventual News at a later date.
I
believe there is some merit to this condition which was included in the Feb 2022 News Release- - "It is the intention of the parties (Kop and Erin) to conduct future exploration on Jarandol by way of a strategic partnership with a third-party investor".
Changing gears, as you know our proposal submitted to the Ministry regarding Pobrdje in the Feb 2017 News is still outstanding. It is my belief the Pobrdje topic will get addressed before the Ministry deals with the Jarandol basin Exploration License.

IMO, if Boron One's proposal for Pobrdje is approved by the Ministry to our subsidiary company "Balkan Gold," the Jarandol basin will be also awarded to Balkan Gold.
The whole basin comes as one entity with all singular parts & will be managed by a single Company.
Regarding Pobrdje, to my knowledge there has been full support by all stakeholders involved, that the unemployed 200 coal miners at the Ibarski coal mine will be trained to mine boron at the Pobrdje mine, and after the Pobrdje mine has been mined out, miners will transfer to the Piskanja mine for re-employment.
Moving forward, that's my vision how I see everything unfolding.
Pobrdje announcement first, as it's been on the books since Feb 2017, followed by the Jarandol basin exploration license approval. Cheers!
