RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Osmose Ltd....Osmose will bring capital (which we haven't seen yet). The rest of their contribution is all fluff.
(1) Presence in Serbia....like BONE needs this. BONE has been there forever. Look who's on Balkan Gold and BONE's BODs! - Serbia will do what they do in their own time. Osmose will be of no help in this regard.
(2) Contact with Boron offtakers: TIm has talked extensively on how BONE iis being approached by Boron users. Look at the "need in capital" presented at the last townhall meeting. Only $5M is the contribution of offtakers......
(3) Debt financing: They haven't shown a ral great capacity to raise $ up to now. Either this project is worth over $1B and its payback period is 12 months or it's not. If it is, $~70M is not a lot to finance.
In short, all fluff. A husband and wife UK company involved in art creation and in the operation of art facilities with Serbian contacts and Boron users to finance the bulk of capital to build a mine.
Apart from $, these guys will bring NOTHING! Get it done or change the channel ! This is way past their bedtime.
I'm done looking at this for a while but TIm sure knows how to pick them !
