RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Jarandol BasinUterReborn,
After reviewing the last News release update on the Jarandol basin I would agree with you that "Kop Project" is still in good standing with the Ministry.
IMO, there are two key conditions in the last News Release which will determine our fate with the Jarandol basin and I believe it will be a positive outcome with a renewed mining license.
1.The Jarandol license covers 20.97 square kilometers, is valid until February 2022, and is extendible thereafter for up to 8 years in total, subject to certain conditions.
2. It is the intention of the parties (Kop and Erin) to conduct future exploration on Jarandol by way of a strategic partnership with a third-party investor.
IMO, in terms of Condition #1 "subject to certain conditions" is key.
If Kop Project have met the "certain conditions" whatever they are, would they not be in good standing, for an exploration license at Jarandol basin?
For example, if completing a desk top study by our geologists identifying all drill target locations in the basin, is a certain condition that was identified by parties before hand, and that task was completed, wouldn't that warrant a high probability for a license extension on the basin by Kop Project?
Another example of a certain condition could of been Kop Project/Erin obtains a mining license from the Mining Ministry for Piskanja before the Jarandol basin exploration license is awarded to "Kop Project".
IMO, Condition #2 has no intent by "Kop Project" to drill any holes during the last exploration license term, but instead to conduct future exploration on Jarandol by way of a strategic partnership with a third party investor.
That's why I believe our Kop Project is in good standing and will receive an additional extension for an exploration license in the Basin.
We should know soon what the outcome will become.
