RE:Update to Early Warrant Exercise Incentive Program I think they got their approval for the warrant repricing?? They must be obliged to put out a release. Seems a bit embarrassing having to publicize the action when you are offering a 9 cents share when you can buy them on the open market for 7 cents.
Maybe they intend to release the news of submitting the Step 2 documents during it, just to make an easy cash raise? No beating around the bush, like Minepic was eluding to? I'd bet nothing happens until March though.
I'm done trying to figure them out. Wake me up when real news comes.
