FS submitted-mining license application. Just because it is not done yet doesn't mean it will not get done.
Exploration license. With Bone potentially securing exploration rights for the whole basin it should be obvious that exploitation whould be assumed?
Small deposit-if we are able to occupy the whole basin it only makes sense to have the small deposit (comes with mining license) awarded to BONE. Make a perfect pilot project and exploration could be targeted to expand that resource.
Off take partmers. Most likely to place their bids upon award off mining license?
Finance/project partner. Tim has stated there are a number of potential partners at the table. I believe Osmose is still kicking around but, regardless, as the news release dominoes start to fall thre should be positive reprocussions for other news releases.
Our management team (including our Geologist) have invested heavily in the venture. I gain confidence in what they see and know.
So we don't know why we have been waiting, and we may never know, but we do know that everything that had to be completed is completed (but not submitted).
