what's up with that?  i would think that is an issue to be dealt with BEFORE the agm.

liveit, The Elaborate is of no concern to the 90 percenters except maybe Blueboron.  I sense he is getting impatient like the rest of the 10 percenters.  Perhaps after the AGM, there may be a move down to 89 percent.

liveit.        I suspect a number of individuals are more concerned about filling the next private placement. I so wish I had never heard of Erin Ventures. Oh well,  I wrote the investment off years ago. It just annoying to see the red font showing my EV holdings in several accounts.Sort of like rubbing it in ( so to speak)        I hear the fat lady

Management fees $286,371 -I'm so glad that Tim and Blake continue to get paid in my opinion a pretty good wage for what has been accomplished and lets not forget the Canadian tax payer are helping also
