I would like to see Serbia granting Erin all rights to boron in the Jarondal basin, including Pobrdje. Currently Usha Industries still claims the rights to all boron in Pordje in Serbia since 2005. I don't want Erin to lose the rights again.

Hello RJM. You have posted numerous quality post over the years. I for one actually take into account what you post. I suspect Temas will substantate whether or not Usha has a legal claim to the Boron. Do you know if Usha has been in court in recent years to support their claim?

RJM,  Ibarski Rudnici holds the exploitation license to Pobrdje, License #470 and have held it for several years. This was documented by SRK when they prepared Erin's NI-43-101 Techical Report - Page 4 on July 16, 2012. The only link that Usha Industries has to Pobrdje is they purchased some colemanite from Ibarski Rudnici years ago and that is it. Politically, Usha Industries has tried
