In my opinion, the risk for Erin has always been the financial risk and getting a partner to pay for the remaining costs to bring this property into production.  I believe that the Temas partnership gives us exactly what we were looking for and we are only giving up 50% of the property with them instead of the 75% that we were going to give up with Investco.  They appear to have great financial connections, so raising the 10.5 million Euros does not seem to be an issue.  They seem to be like-minded and want to bring this property into production. I believe that this will be a true partnership! 

Reading the latest article on Temas, that was released on Friday, these are the two statements that get me the most excited.

For Temas, adding Piskanja to its portfolio didn’t trigger much debate. “It’s such an obvious project,” says Dehn. Put this together with Tim's interview in which he stated that Temas approached Erin to partner shows how excited that they are about this property.  Finally, we get a partner that is as excited as we have been for all these years!

The two companies expect to finalize the agreement by April of this year.  This does not say in April but "BY" April.  That is within the next 2 weeks!  Once agin, this shows a partner that is excited by this project and wants to get to work on it as soon as they can. 

These statements do not paint the picture of a partner that may decline the deal and walk away.  Both of these statements point to the finalization of the partnership and the chance of them walking away, like Investco did appears to me nil.

According to Tim's comments, Erin expects to have the elaborate completed by the end of the first quarter as well, so we could have a press release on the finalization of the partnership and then the completion of the first phase of the mining licence all within the next 2 weeks!! 

I don't know who is selling at this point, but IMHO, they will be disappointed.

Thanks for sharing Stradeski. After all these years as an erin Ventures equity shareholder, I may actually recover my original investment PLUS. Go figure...

I am curious Firebag3 what is your breakeven price for EV? did you average down over the years? Thx. C

CriticalMind55. I have averaged down several times over the years (decades). I don't know what my average price is ( too lazy to do the calculations) but what I can say! Owning > 500,000 shares but <1,000,000 shares I will get my original investment back (Plus) if / when the share price is ~20 cents. Here's hoping we get our Press releases in a timely fashion.

Stradeski  nice to hear from you..... it has been a while and your comments are always welcome...........PS  I agree with your assesment but leave the partnership signing sometime in the nest few months ....to cover any Covid or Serbian behind the scenes delays .....GLTA

Hi Strad, great post!  I agree with everything you have stated, and I expect the "Partnership Agreement" to be signed off by Company Reps and lawyers, definitely before the end of the month. Could it be the BNN Report will be interviewing both CEO's in the upcoming video clip, after the partnership announcement? Timing is essential with marketing/promoting an announcement

I envision the BNN snip with just be a copy of the 90 second video, but a conversation between the two CEO's would be fantastic.

iamlickzy, Yes, you may be correct with only the 90 sec clip advertisement for now, but I also expect additional promotional marketing after the signing of the joint partnership Agreement Don't rule it out that both CEO's will want to get maximum traction with the partnership announcement. IMO, maybe another interview with FTMINVEST that occurred in late Jan/21 with both CEO's, now

I don't think another interview with FTMINVEST is the right approach.  To date, that video has less than 1,000 views and I wage half of them are from people on this forum.  It would not give us the exposure that we need.  However, the information was fantastic and would also expect more promotional marketing. I hope Temas can leverage the Howard Group to drum up some
