In the Public Entrepeneur magazine article it stated that " shortly after Dehn joined Temas in November the company (Temas) formed a strategic partnership with Erin Ventures to develop the Piskanja borate property in Serbia" That is exact quote from the article. I understand that everyone should do their own DD on any investment but that statement would form a basis by which investors would buy into Temas/Ev. It bodes well for us long term holders when we read statements like that . GLTA

I haven't read that article. But the CEOs of both companies state publicly that they have formed a JV and neither has released an BR bout it?!?! This is gross misinformation if you want to be polite. Those statements, at this point in time, are "un-thruth" Trump-style. Doesn't material change mean anything to these guys. I'm blown away. Regardless what their credentials ...more
