Sold a few stagnent plays today, sitting on some fresh cash. I was going to buy more EV this morning but I think I will sit for a week or two and let EV correct itself down again. Imminent could be tomorrow or next month, imminent means nothing to a CFO in a board room making a presentation for a new investment opportunity, the only way EV will take off is with a signed deal. I hope it will be this week and everyone gets to tell me I should have bought this week. GLTA

You would think that if this was a done deal many weeks ago as many posters suggested, the contracts would have been prepared to some extent.  Change a date here, change a number there but the meat of the contract would not change too much.  The NR stated as per the LOI. The SP is certainly not screaming done deal to me.

Of course we are all highly eager to see this play out NOW.  However, I've seen DD completed in private companies and the final binding agreement is signed weeks, if not months afterward.    One would hope the purpose of the last NR was to keep everyone interested for at least multiple weeks to prevent thinking the past will be re-lived.
