iamlickzy,  I am hoping for the News before the end of May, or no later than mid June, and on a Mon morning. It makes perfect sense to halt the trading on a Mon morning, and then let the stock price run for a full week. Mid June is 6 months since the LOI was released, and should be adequate time for all the players invoved to complete their tasks. Think about who all is involved with the
