I struggle to believe Tim would be as happy and enthusiastic if good news wasn't around the corner.  Specific language about Temas such as 'They have commited to the equity component required' is very positive language. The deal is a go, we just don't know when.  Would be great to have a morning trading halt followed by the news, followed by Dehn speaking to the deal at

Srid, one other item Tim mentioned was Part 1 the -Elaborate resource calculation is presently being reviewed with the government. As per the original News Release-  Part 1 "must undergo a review and approval process by an independent commission of geological and mining experts, established by the Serbian Mining Ministry". I take Tim's statement to mean the independent

Hi bb, The LOI was fairly detailed, and I would expect all the terms migrate in to the definitive contract. I did not see a conditional approval relating to the completion of part 1, and doubt, it would be an issue. Hopefully, we are going to find out soon. Cheers.
