Help me out here - why the tune change overnight after receiving incredibly positive news:

"IMO, this confirms "Partnership" is a done deal"

to 

"IMO both sides are not ready to announce" - no information is out there to justify this tune change as you're basing the reasoning off of TD video from last week, and the only change this week was already included in your first quote.  

Help us OB2 - you're our only hope.

DYOD,  You asked what has changed and the answer to that question is NOTHING! However there will be another delay, as Lanagold stated in a reply to my message, and the clue is highlighted for those that missed it. " BB.. It is not as simple as we think. Even when both sign we still have to get approval to make a news statement". In other words, we are waiting for an approval

Seems odd that they would be the ones providing roadblocks - let's hope they are quickly removed.   Do we know how long this can legally hold out for?   It's my understanding that significant events must be reported in a timely fashion.   GLTA

For sure but. I think you have to provide a copy of the JV. Then you have to provide a copy of what you plan say in the way of news. Then the agreement has to be approved, and the news release has to be approved also I would think. This is what I think has to happen anyhow..

So are we all in agreement that this is the stage we believe they are at?  Or is there any further back-and-forth required?  Both sides sounded rather confident this past week...

You know what I myself look at this as a pretty big undertaking. Our worth is what about 2B dollars. I myself would not know where to even turn to for such an undertaking. You need to find people with that level of skill to prepare a document like that. Can you imagine the complexity of such an agreement. All I say is we came this far we may as well give the time required to get it done right

While I agree with your statement, I disagree with its timing.  On April 13th a statement was made that "it is anticipated that the definitive agreement will be completed imminently."  If you had made that statement back when the LOI was delivered, maybe.  Do you know how long it takes to agree on a LOI?  It's signficant - so much of the diligence was likely done

I don't look at it as a roadblock, instead I look at it as a process the Exchange are tasked to do at their job.They will have conditions they have to follow and turnaround times to meet, so patience on our part is of the essence. Keep your eye focused on the Partnership and let the process of approval end! (bb-99)
