dear lanny,  i am confused. many years ago, blake told me that the agm is a perfunctory exercise of the required laws of corporations. voting is done BEFORE not at the meeting. can you clarify my confusion on this issue? signed - confused investor.
p.s. - will you pay my expenses to be there if it's that important?

Doorknob liveit.. Do you not get your shareholder voting package. Pay your expenses. why. Maybe give you your money back to. If you feel your not being heard go to the AGM. You clown..
