Halt
A PEA release doesn’t really require a cease trade order, so my guess is there is more news than just a PEA release. Again just a guess on my part.

Could be a very good thing! ... Alternatively, MD is tired of watching his stock plummet to nothing since buddying up with T&D so maybe deals off? All I know for certain is the last TWO TIMES bb/lanny messaged someone and said "check your inbox" the next trading day there was an announcement.

The fact that this stock went down on Friday with higher volume than usual might not be a good sign, if the news is slightly good you will see sell the news. The news must be really great or it will be curtains for EV. CHEERS!
