As I have said before, this announcement of Ms. Handanovic, retaining her portfolio, is extremely important for us, as we are at an important inflection point in the licencing process. Having gone through so many different minining ministers in the past,this development, is going to make it a lot easier. She has excellent credentials, with a good grip on both Energy, and

at this point.....I don't see any dark clouds on the horizon......progress has been slower than expected ......but has been that way for years............I think that sp will be sparked by one or more of the catalysts....could be any day now...OR.....could be a couple of months from now.......with the government being installed It feels like the wait is almost over............GLTA
