ATV TECH CHART/COMMENTS

ATV TECH CHART/COMMENTS
Good week folks. We seem to have stopped the bleeding. Hopefully we can build on this and continue the upward move started. Of course this will depend on those with tons of shares and just want out. I hope the selling is over, or soon to be over.

This is getting ridiculous. We have so many good propeties, and proven resources, and here we sit at a measely 7 cent share price. We need a catylst of some sort to shock the market into believing in ATV. Will it come? It's in the hands of our leaders I suppose.

When I was at PDAC in Mar, I spoke to the tw new board of directors, and they were full of optimism going forward. They both explained to me that there was a disconnect between the company and the market, and our story wasn't being explained to those that have influence in the market. the way they put it to me was that the president (Mike Koziol) was afraid to say anything, for fear of legalities. I can attest to this, as I too tryed speaking to that man, only to get Zero response. It was like pulling teeth. When he saw me coming to the booth this year, he coward to the back and let the 2 new guys speak to me. He remembered me from last year perhaps. I don't know how he got to be President actually.

Anyway, I hope the 2 new directors can gain us some repsect in themarket, and move this company forward. I will be calling these two gentlemen next week for an update, and keep their feet to the fire. In the meantime, I am attaching a technical chart look at what I see happening currently. Remember, it is just my opinion. Not a buy, hold, or sell recommendation. everyone should do their own DD.

Good luck to all.
