RE:TD SECLooks like this TD trading pattern is on purpose...probably someone wants to get some cheap access..

The markets (MM's manipulation) are so rigged like never before...particularly, when the small caps are being punished by the Hedge Funds....we must be patient...they will reverse this manipulation to our advantage sometime from now...
