Excellent Move By Management

Had to shoutout and give a round of applause to management. This was a fantastic move and probably the best thing they could have done with all that cash piling up on their balance sheet. This is a move even Warren Buffett would strongly approve of, buying back 60% of the company below intrinsic value.

The value of the shares increases considerably if this transaction goes through. I believe management will own over 50% of the remaining shares post-transaction. EPS will be materially higher. Just need to see these guys demonstrate some growth and the stock will move higher. What ever happened to those new products/services Derek spoke of in one of his last interviews in December?

That was a quick turnaround. So much for my thoughts on the buyback being looked at positively by the marketplace.  This hurts!

Just a reminder that Biorem is buying back the control bloack at .5256 a share ; the stock probably had no excuse to be trading at 70 cents except for investor happiness the control block is being eliminated. TPFG would have asked for a premium or at least a good price for their shares and expecting them to have left 30% on the table - well , the world doesn't work that way IMO. Still an

Some bought realizing that in a year or less it will look like a bargain. Do you know if BRM was awarded the odor abatement contract for the Durham AD site?

There have three contractors short listed for the Durham AD contract  and an announcement is expected in 7 months or so - so no contracts for some time . There would seem to be a need for a Biorem solution ,considering what one of the council , Corinna Traill said ""'We don’t want a rotten food factory here." ......  It is possible to eliminate odours

Thanks PI. No idea what size the contract would be, but a win is a win and it could be a showcase contract for them. It's great to see TUS relieving itself of it's hoding of BRM.  When TUS was first announced as a buyer for the shares there was promise that TUS would help sell BRM's products in China.  Many years later, that never materialized.
