THEIR MAIN BUSINESS IS MAKING production line equipt esp battery assembly lines.
Hibar is the majority owner of Pure Energy, The Canadian Licensee.
It has been my understanding that they would like BTI to take them over in exchange for BTI stock as soon as they are well capitalized
If Hibar invests the 20 million in BTI It will serve the purpose of financing the company, geting a controlling shareholder, and allowing Pure Energy to combine with BTI.
I can't believe that a minority interest in Pure Energy is worth 20mm $ I'll be interested to see how this unfolds, but I'm excited
