Tells us nothing.
Vaccinex is a private company.
It doesn't have to report to anybody except within its own hierarchy and private investor base.
That not withstanding, Vaccinex did offer a comment in our press release about the deal.
What did you know about Denali before they went public, digitel?

Some of us certainly have discussed Denali and Watts before, long before the IPO.
When it was a private company.
And didn't talk about much of anything.
Because it was a private company.
And private companies don't say much in public.
