Completely off base.

Bioasis has never even come close to an IND filing, however much the company expressed that wish or intention back in the day. The company figured it had enough success with MTf and MTfp in those days and that we could drop the science and go commercial.

The company actually announced in a video in late 2015 that the science phase was over and that the commercial phase had begun.

If I may be so bold as to opine, it didn't quite work out as expected.
