my hypothesis

my hypothesisbased on the recent events and questions on this forum. i thought i should share these, my thoughts, speculations and general words of capital markets wisdom.
i. not enough money was raised to be meaningful to the go forward plan of the operations.
ii. expect to see delays regarding IND filing because of i above.
iii. agm should be called soon. unfortunately i think we'll see securities language regarding a consolidation of the corporation's capital. i suspect this could be quite painful. maybe i'm wrong.
iv. my guess is that a commercial deal may be difficult until such time as meaningful nhp data is available.
v. current management like some shareholders believe the share price doesn't matter and therefore i believe we see even more pressure on the equity value this fall.
vi. that last article reads like someone colored out of the lines, i.e. messy and inexperienced.
someone, internally, needs to do something quick to get this thing on a positive trajectory because whatever is currently being done just isn't working.
these are my thoughts, not yours, i'm..........
