RE:RE:RE:M. Day speaks jd,
you may be a better ornithologist than historian. as for the attacks, i take exception to that commentary as my narrative of the facts has most likely been misunderstood and misinterpreted by those who fail to see the forest through the trees.
unlike JFK's speach about not asking what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country, the public company should not ask what its shareholders can do for it but what the company can do for its shareholders.
in respect of the new objectives and the nasdaq listing, does that include a consolidation? the way i see it, there's no way thte company can get to the nasdaq in its current state unless of course they do a licensing deal or possibly a consolidation. imo, a licensing deal will be difficult to do without published nhp data. mind you, a consolidation will require the support of the shareholders. i'm not sure which one will be more onerous but a good financial supporter could most likely help with the argument to consolidate. your post of that article certainly helped lay the foundation for possibly another down round and maybe even the acceptance of a consolidation by the resident hopefuls.
either way, the company is in a stalemate and therefore right now i think bti and its shareholders may need a grandmaster chess champion to help us through this financially not ornithologically speaking of course.
these are my thoughts, not yours, i'm................
drj!
