RE:RE:The Resignation

RE:RE:The ResignationThe Neuro23 connection was posted some time ago, CTO111. I think digitel was posting more about a connection Stagliano has than anything else. It doesn't take much to get a post out of digitel. It was a coincidence, I'm pretty sure.

As I said, I'm taking the press release at face value, fully, that she resigned for her own reasons.

Bioasis option agreements state that if a person resigns or departs without cause then their options expire 90 days after departure whether the options are vested or not. At the 2017 AGM a measure was passed allowing the BoD to extend the option expiry period to up to 2 years after departure. The options expire immediately if a person is let go for cause.

Directors come and go. As I pointed out, the real work gets done by Rathjen, Dircks and Tian. I don't want to either over or under emphasize what directors bring to the table. Directors give a mandate to the executive to execute a strategic plan. Neither the executive nor the strategic plan changed today.

I expect Bioasis to keep on truckin'.
