Anybody who has spent much time with BTI would be surprised at a merger with Pure Energy.
BTI rents its space from Hibar that makes the BTI production lines. They have always been close. Once the financing is done and the bank is out of the way, I expect they would be clear to discuss merger terms.
This would put them in partnership with the Swiss co. that bought an interest in Pure Energy last year.
