some observationson BTI

some observationson BTINote the underwriter has at least 500,000 options at .57 He has a great incentive to get that stock above that price, and is of that opinion afterhaving done his due diligence (ie. he knows more than you or I) Merita Bank holds @20,000,000 warrants and more than 16,000,000 shares and is willing to commit to at least two years. I know they are familiar with all the facts and future plans of the company. One should also read that BTI's short term plans include not just Germany but other parts of Europe. As I have said before on this forum, I believe that the substance of most of the rumors about BTI have an element of truth, but they had to clean up their balance sheet before any major company would conclude an OEM deal. The deck is cleared for takeoff.
