RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bidding war?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bidding war?About non-disclosure agreements, I have two of them with Bioasis, one for my first contract and the other for the latest contract signed in February, 2019, before the CEO position defaulted to DrDR. Both NDA's remain in force. You can take it to the bank that I know stuff that others don't know.

I don't doubt you know the past dealings of the company given your past relationship with the company but in fair disclosure you've also stated in your posts here:
  • You've never had the company tell you anything proprietary or insider-ish as that is how you wanted it and how you maintained your independance to write about the company (the good and the bad, the critique and the praise) in any way you wanted. As long as you were never told what the company was doing then you could not have any conflict about writing whatever the heck you wanted.
  • You've stated that you haven't even spoken to anyone at the company for I think 18 months? Impossible for you to know what is going on at the company beyond publicly available information if you don't speak (or communicate) to anyone at the company. This company now is not the same company it was 18 months ago.
BTW This is not to downplay the great detective work you've done trying to connect the dots between what is said in Bioasis' publicly released press releases, decks, interviews, MD&As, filings, etc. and what the market (competitors, partners Bioasis is publicly dealing with) needs and is doing in the BBB space. You've presented some great ideas of what possibly, maybe, could happen all with supporting publicly available information (like company XYZ is having problems with their drug A, and if they could get it across the BBB then what a great drug that would be, etc.) and you should be commended for that great work. Hopefully some of it comes to fruition :)
